What are the delivery charges?

Currently, delivery is free for all orders over $100.

What is the shipping time? When will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 1 or 3 business days. Depending on your location, the shipping takes 7 to 10 business days. We are a young company with a growing number of orders and we are working hard to shorten delivery times.

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, discover, American Express and PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

For a refund to be processed, items must be returned undamaged, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

We are not responsible if the buyer has not consulted the size chart.

Who pays for the return shipping costs (returns and exchanges)?

The buyer is responsible for returns and exchanges.

Do I have to pay import fees on my order?

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Refusal to accept an order due to customs fees/taxes and/or processing fees will not entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.
